I've decided to focus on things that will make me happy more than on things that will either:
a. Make others happy OR
b. Just make money
I've decided to take more time for myself everyday, to set goals with weight loss like eliminating junk food from my diet and exercising an hour, 5 days a week. I've been doing it for a week now and I feel just great. You have to take baby steps, but if you just take it day by day it makes it alot easier.
I love the new year because it makes us stop and think and it really makes us realize that we do have control over our lives and we can make this year as great as we want it to be!
