The following is the Data Protection Declaration of Unicity Europe Inc., 1201 North/800 East, Orem, UT 84097, USA, represented by the General Management Stewart F. Hughes, Curtis A. Hedges, Brent D. Morrill, business domicile (thereafter: Unicity) to be found thereat.

1. Unicity will use disclosed data (title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, bank account) as per the requirements of the German Data Protection Law.
    
2. Your personal data will be used exclusively for transactions as per the agreement between Unicity and yourself, e.g. invoicing purposes. Moreover, your data will not be used for other purposes such as for advertising, market research or tailored offers.
    
3. Upon cancellation and final winding up of the agreement, which entails complete settlement of agreed remunerations, your data, which must be maintained for legal purposes, will be blocked. This data will no longer be available for further use. Furthermore, your data will be deleted in so far as you have not expressly consented to further processing or use. In this case, you can view, change or delete your recorded data with Unicity. You may revoke your consent at any time.
